| The Company was established in 1990 as a provider of real-time information services to the financial & corporate sectors in India and South Asia. In the years from 1990 to 2006 we collaborated with Knight-Ridder Financial, Bridge Information Systems, Dow Jones Markets / Telerate, Moneyline and the Reuters Group, and were extremely successful. In 2006 we raised substantial resources from the sale of our real-time financial information business to the Reuters Group, and subsequently entered new business areas. Our subsidiary company, Himalayan Ales Private Limited, is a pioneer in the craft beer business in India, and manufactures and supplies premium beers under the brand “White Rhino Brewing Co”. IQS has invested in real estate projects across India, and we are also an active early-stage investor as part of our portfolio investment programme, with interests in the hospitality and financial services sectors. |
